Moosebots dwarf all but the largest of mechs. The only ones I can think of off the top of my head that are as large or larger are Skyfire (who just has the height), Omega Supreme, Sixshot, and the gestalt combined forms.
*grin* I try.
Sounds good, I'll see what I can do with it. The chin flap I figure is filled with all sorts of air sensors. Which allow the moosebot to immediately close the iris/turn off their engine if whatever is in the atmosphere could damage their inner workings. Moosebots are skilled enough fliers that loosing their propulsion won't make them crash, or even be deterred.
The way I see it is with the escalation of the war, certain materials became higher in demand. Especially those that don't wear down when exposed to extreme cold (space vehicles and weapons being in high production), so all the easily accessible resources are harvested by the Transformers. The Moosebots, who've used these places for countless eons are suddenly left without, and since they never go underground they can't make use of what can be found there. I also figure that the Moosebots' demand for these minerals is lessened when off Cybertron, where they don't have to deal with acid rain eroding their armor. *blinks* ...I think I have that book, Star Wars: A Field Guide right?
