I've never been in any vehicular incidents, mainly because I have neither a vehicle nor a license and substantial driving knowledge.

Thanks for the advice; the vacation more or less got me back on an actual eating schedule, meaning I can dump that strategy. Thing is, I was never actually trying to change my weight, it's just that I lose track of time so easily and so frequently that I went and gave up on any kind of regularity in eating besides remembering to ingest something during the day and at night.
