Day Twenty One

Have had the electro-toad sketched out for some time in regular pencil and paper, and figured it was about time to get them out and about. What was nice with these guys was that they had no rough design, the muses knew exactly what they wanted, living tasers.

The electro-toad has a wire wrapped cylinder for generating intense bursts of electricity as a defensive mechanism. Earth toads use a biological poison produces in sacks behind their heads. The electricity is mostly discharged through their spines. The circular nodes on their sides and legs automatically trigger this self defense if touched.

Some bots like to take advantage of this and look to give themselves a high by purposefully electrocuting themselves with electro-toad voltage. A frightfully strange coincidence when one looks at humans willfully ingesting Earth toad toxins as well.

Trying to figure out how their system works, as I keep imagining them more or less shocking a hand that grabs them into numbness like an EMP. And yeah, a little surprised that the basic toad shape turned metal so well.
