Day two

The picture today is that of a Giant River Otter. It's not all as accurate as I'd like, I didn't go searching for references as I'm getting in under the wire here. This year's different in that the LJ timer self updates, meaning I have to get my post finished on time as well. This is going to hurt. Oh and super-glued my fingernail today, it had started to rip across the bed and I couldn't have that. That's one thing that I actively hate about winter, the cold and such break my nails like nothing else.

*pets otter* I love these guys, they're so awesome. I'm also getting the vibe of wise old matriarch/patriarch.

*whistles* You just barely made it under the wire with this one, didn't you? See, this is why I keep my nails so short. Even during the summer they break extremely easily and I don't even want to know what they'd be like in the winter.

We used to briefly have a few, until some ass-wipe fucker trespassed and trapped them. My anger at stupid greedy humans, let me show it. *snorts* That's so weird, as I had the image of a full adult not yet aged. It's fun seeing the different ways people can see art.

That I did. *checks self for missing parts* *glares at nail* Mine are short too, mostly from breaking like crazy this year, and they weren't very long to begin with. I was pissed because it started at the one side of the bed arc and was going straight across.
