I tried to keep her color scheme closer to the Swat Kat's uniforms than what she would have had straight from her jet form. Reference material wasn't always on hand for the Turbokat so there are a few things off with the design.
I'm getting better at this, even if I do get bored and don't completely finish the picture. And I realize I'm posting twice, but I'd like to keep these two separate.
