Well, still having driver issues with my tablet and it's driving me up the wall. But the net provider problems are taken care of and the worst of my recent ugly ideation flares have tapered off, so yay?
TBH I have to credit Heslestor for a ton of my progress in backing off and taking breaks. They start getting pushy in telling me to sit down or to stop working, shoving food in front of me or any number of other things in making sure I'm taking care of myself. :)
