Been dealing with some problems, both technical and personal. We will return to our regular scheduling tomorrow.

(another thing I've worked really hard on this past year is backing off and not driving myself ridiculously hard when I don't need to.)

re. backing off and not pushing yourself so hard, that's something I've been working on with my therapist for what seems like forever. It's fucking hard, I hope it's working for you :)
