The bunny is #7 found here.
An openCanvas sketch that I obviously did without references. *grumbles* I think I made Megatron too small.

Actually did this a'one first. The idea of a Native American inspired transformer wouldn't leave me alone and it finally agreed to the Pileated Woodpecker alt-mode. I just hope I am not insulting anyone with it.

New art toys almost always lead to lots of new art.

Don't see why anyone would be insulted, I'm not. *is Cherokee*
And his robot form is fantastic. You've read my mind too, have been wanting to see a Native American Transformer for ages now, AND you made him a pileated woodpecker, a favorite of mine. Is also in love with his robot mode, particularly his face. Do you have a name for him yet? If you can't tell, I really like him.

on 2008-10-17 01:43 am (UTC)Pileated woodpeckers are one of my favorites too. Where I live we get to see a family every year, complete with fledgelings numbering between one and three each breeding cycle.
And how the hell is it that about a third to half the people I start getting into discussions with/enjoy their company turn out to be Native American (full blood or enough to matter on a gov. level)! Not that I'm complaining, I think it's great, it's just that the odds astound me.

on 2008-10-17 11:04 am (UTC)As for a name, Jackhammer makes me think too much of the tool and thus industry, probably not something to use for a Native American inspired Transformer. Maybe something with beat or drum in it. Or something more along those lines. *is atrocious with names.*
*snicker* I don't know why either, though you know more Native Americans than me. Sadly, I have met very few, and that's mostly in passing. Only one I knew for a few years and that was because of Scouts.

Well two of them were at my schools and I now longer talk to them, the same for practically everyone (mind you the number was few to begin with) I spent time with at school.
