Cross posted from my dA account I finally gotten around to posting stuff in. I then got tagged for the first time to do an art meme. So using up two nights of insomnia I got this completed, which is more or less the only art I've been able to finish in what feels like forever. Following some hemming and hawing I'm posting it here, haven't really posted a lot of my different mers and for some reason my mind got stuck thinking all I did was post TF art here.

Usually I'm great at remembering things but I'm still getting over a week of hell I had. Even now after a few days, I'm still tired and want the world to stop so I can get off.

Recently I've been debating on the idea of doing sketch requests. Much like writers will, for a short time, have people give them a character and a prompt and then they'll write a short ficlet that follows those paramaters. Currently I have the you-can-start-it-but-you-can't-finish-it art block and I really want to get rid of it. Considering that my new years resolution actually did a little of what it was supposed to do, and since I no longer am as finicky as I was before, I figure this may help as well.

So... too long, didn't read, my following post will allow you guys to give me a character prompt and I'll do a quick sketch of it.

I love Dyro. He's cute. And he hisses. And seems very curious about that toilet.

*shrugs* He lives in the ocean where you can just go wherever you please. And now here's this important thing that holds only a very small amount of water. It doesn't seem to function as a pool nor as a thirst negater, so what the hell could it be?

I'm...still trying to figure out what aquatic life your merperson avatar is based off of. Otherwise, it's great seeing some new art from you.

Oh whoops, forgot to mention that. Fishie me is an electric eel. Warm weather and unable to live far from a body of fresh water. And you should just see how often I zap people, especially during the winter months where it's definitely a daily thing. I get people grounding themselves before trying to touch me, and that doesn't always work.

Despite that, electricity and I seem to get along relatively well. Being electrocuted with my hands inside a tv and generating sparks clearly seen thirty feet away in bright lighting without so much as a lingering twinge.... Well, picking that particular fish seemed apt.

And thanks.

Personally, I've drawn myself as way too many things to count, but I usually have a fluffy tail no matter what.

That's an interesting thing to happen. I hope you didn't get too hurt by that.

Also, you're welcome.

Nope! Not hurt at all. Call me strange but it's the truth.
