Writer's Block: Two Truths and a Lie

[Error: unknown template qotd]SET ONE
-I've ridden a camel and it was bouncy.
-I've held a black widow spider bare handed.
-I've driven a motorcycle non-stop across the state.
SET TWO (because I like this prompt)
-I've jumped off a cliff
-I've been in a car accident
-I've eaten alligator
That psychicness must extend beyond the TF fandom because I was thinking about something very close to this for quite a while before seeing this. *shrug*

Thank
heslestor for talking about Sunstorm and then sending me aurora borealis pictures to plant the bunny when I realized that with his ability, Sunstorm could make some impressive patterns in the upper atmosphere. Originally it was bigger and suplimented with a close up of the seeker, but that didn't turn out very well at all.

on 2009-08-10 06:25 am (UTC)You don't seem the type for a cross-state motorcycle drive. I just can't see you on a bike. The camel ride and the black widow handling, oh, definitely, I can see that.
Lie-"I've been in a car accident"
Again, for some reason, I can't see that happening to you, even though the weather could be iffy enough where you live for that could happen. I'm moot about the cliff thing, but if I've had snake (and I'm definitely someone who does NOT eat stuff outside of conventional livestock/poultry), then you've eaten alligator. And yes, I've had snake. Ask later.
As for Sunstorm, wow. It's like radioactive skywriting. At night. By a pretty glowy seeker flying 'round in the dark faraway wilderness... *looks again; squeals* He's doing a flip! ...At least, that's what the silhouette looks like...

on 2009-08-15 06:22 am (UTC)And you're very right about the car. I am an insanely careful driver, I just can't forget that these are always potential death machines (go figure, I'm more afraid of cars than of spiders). The worst that ever happened was a slow, soft slide into a snowbank at 11 mph, black ice all the way. And I can recover from a fishtail like no one's business. My younger sister on the other hand, has been in at least three.
Yep! He is doing a flip, and I'm a little surprised no one's thought of this before. At least as far as I know.
